Shabby Garage Studio

My home is small....
I need a space to create....
My Shabby is spilling into the garage...
but why not? nobody else is making it pretty...
~Before                                               ~After
my teacup chandelier is finished...

this pretty castoff lamp with a wire pumpkin flipped upside down lampshade and a vintage linen draped over the top fits perfect in my little space...
The hubby seems ok with this transformation, he hung this window for me...

some shabby for my booths...but right now I like them here
Right now it is about 35 degrees in our garage, but I feel inspired when I think about this space.
There is actually alot of room out there.
I can't wait for things to warm up...I would like to make a family room area on the other side.
Have a beautiful and blessed day!
Hugs,

  4. Oh Olivia Sweetie...
That is such a GORGEOUS space you have created. And why not have the garage a little shabby? I love it.

That window you had DH hang is so perfect. I love that chandelier made of teacups. Olivia you have such an eye for decorating. Love, love, love it all. The little desk looks SO much prettier in white doesn't it?

Love the vintage linen draped over the lamp and that bowl on the table that has the little white bag of candles and the prisms and doll face. Oh sweetie it is so perfect. Almost to pretty for the garage.

Thank you for sharing sweetie. I have so enjoyed my visit today at Olivia's Romantic Home. Just gorgeous.

May God richly bless your family and home this beautiful CHRISTmas season. Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry

  8. You go, girlfriend, because that's adorable, sugar. We have a small home also but I've created niches for certain things. But we're also empty nesters so that makes a difference. I absolutely love what you've done with your home! Your creativity went a very long way and hubby's help was the cherry on that cake, chick! Darling. Ooooh, get a little space heater. Hubby has one in his niche in our 3rd car garage and it works well and it's 35° here in Idaho today with snow coming down.

    xoxo,
    Connie

  11. Olivia your shabby studio is awesome!! Everyone needs a space to create. That teacup chandelier is beautiful!!
Before my husband decided to sell our house I was trying to talk him to putting air conditioning in the garage so I could use it as my studio!!
Now I will have a room all for myself! I am so blessed.

  16. I say a space heater and you will be in business. Wouldn't it be great if we had some huge area. We don't have basements here in Orlando, but If we did it would be all work room for me. I think it is lovely, I'd forget the family room and make it all yours!
