Marie Antoinette Rose Garden Wreath

 Hello my darlings!
Today I am sharing one of my latest Spring time floral wreath creations!
My inspiration for this wreath is from the movie Marie Antoinette when Marie was in her country cottage in the springtime.
I used loads of lovely pink roses and green accents!

I stepped it up a notch adding some fancy bridal flair to the base with vintage wedding gown floral appliques.
This verse sticks with me because it is short and sweet.
"With God all things are possible" Matthew 19:26.
Dear Lord, I praise you for your love, mercy and grace! I know that through you all things are possible. Help me to always keep believing, hoping, praying, trying, loving and to never give up! Thank you for loving me. In Jesus name, Amen.
 Have a beautiful blessed week!

My Living Room

Hello dolls!
Today I am sharing some photos of my living room when it was all styled up for my magazine photo shoot!
My home was featured in this month's issue of Creating Vintage Charm Magazine!
Such a lovely publication and an absolute dream come true for me!
I have a very large mirror over my faux mantel. For this shoot it was reflecting a brown ceiling fan that I was not happy with so I created a rag wreath to throw over the top to hide it.
Now I have a beautiful chandelier that is the reflection.

I love fresh flowers around my home for this occasion I used cream and pink roses.

Underneath the little cup of Easter candies is a very special cross that I received on Sunday after hearing Joe White speak at our church. He is such an inspiring man of faith and I am always moved by his sermons.
My sweet photographer Sheri Holloway with Sheri Holloway Photography took this lovely photo of me and blessed me with all the pretty pictures of my home.

This scripture has spoke so much to me this week!
Learning to be joyful through all of life's journey's.
"The Joy of the Lord is your Strength" Nehemiah 8:10
God Bless you and keep you.

Big hugs and sparkles,

Shabbydazzle Accent Pillow Tutorial

Hello my sweet and beautiful friends!
I have been working on some Shabbydazzle accent pillow creations to romance my home and to put in my little frou frou Etsy Shoppe!

 Shabbydazzle Accent Pillow Tutorial

Plain Accent Pillow
3 Smaller size silk roses, rose buds, hydrangea or any other faux flower you fancy
Satin Ribbon
Small satin roses
Wedding dress applique
bling accents
Hot glue and hot glue gun

Start with your fancy wedding dress applique and hot glue it a couple inches from the top of your pillow. Leave room for your roses at the top.
Take your satin ribbon and glue it all around the applique gathering it just slightly as you glue it around the edges for a trimmed out effect.
Use about 3 small roses at the top. Glue them right above the wedding dress applique close together with one in the center and two slightly higher on each side.
Tie some bows and pick them in and around the roses adding your smaller satin roses to the center of the bows. Add in rose buds or any other accent flowers you fancy.
Tie more bows and glue on each outside edge of the roses, in the center of your pillow and at the base.
Add in some pretty accent pearls and bling to fancy up your roses and bows.
Get creative and have fun!

Email me with photos of the pillows you create at
Happy Creating!

 Sharing my favorite Bible Verse...
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NIV)
Giving the Glory to God!
How Sweet the Sound Pink Saturday
