Altered Altoid Tin Tutorial

Hello my darling friends!
I have been working on some Valentine Crafts!
Today's creation is a Marie Antoinette Altered Altoid Tin!
I wanted to create a romantic Valentine's love note box!
Here is the tutorial I wrote for this creation...

Valentine's Marie Antoinette inspired Altered Altoid Tin
Supplies:
Altoid Tin
Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
Scrap fabric
Scrap trims
Roses
Pearls
Ribbons
Lace trim
Vintage Cards or Images
Directions:
Wipe Altoid tin clean. For the outside of the tin. Hot glue scrap fabric on the front lid and then trim off excess. Using your scrap trim, trim around the edge of the fabric to give it a framed effect. Next glue on pretty Vintage image and fancy her up with bows, pearls and roses. Hot glue lace trim around the bottom part of the tin. Be sure not to glue too high or you will not be able to open and close your tin. Trim over the lace with scrap trimmings. For the inside I lined the bottom with a vintage scrap trim accented with a lovely bow and some baubles. For the top inside lid use some pretty images scrap booked together to go along with the theme of your box, be sure to leave a space all along the edges so your box will still close. Finally, cut out some pretty tiny images with little sayings attached to a love note or token of affection to insert into your Valentine tin. These can be made in all different themes and are a great gift for the loves in your life romantic or friendly.

I created this Altered Art Box with my husband in mind!
He brings to me such Valentine Happiness and I am so very blessed to have him in my life.
Thank you for stopping by my sweet and beautiful friends!
Have fun creating!

xoxo
