Easy Rose Basket and Bud Vase

Happy Mother's Day sweet friends!
As usual I am a mommy on a budget and try to find ways to stretch my dollar!
Below is a sweet little fruit basket that I painted, rubbed down with stain
and added my favorite vintage Scott's Roses label to.

I also saw these darling pickle jars turned shabby containers on someone's bloggey page during Easter. (If it is you let me know so I can link back to you :) Super Easy! Paint a candlestick, and jar lid a matching color. Use your E600 glue to attach jar to candlestick! Waa Laa! Darling Shabby jar!
I used mine as a bud vase...

Adorable and Super Cheap!

I will be sharing this with the lovely Beverly for Pink Saturday at
http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/
and
http://www.homemakeronadime.comstop by to see more delightful pink treats!
I hope you all have a lovely and blessed Mother's Day!
Squishy hugs,
