A Sweet Cupboard Cleanup!
Hello! I wanted to share with you my afternoon activity!
I have a very cool old Hoosier Cupboard that I keep all my crafty projects and misc goodies in.
Lately I have been doing some heavy dumping on it.
Before Cleanup
After Cleanup
I am actually kind of hoarding this cabinet, I planned to put it into my booth when a big item sold but I always seem to find something else. LOL! I love the cutting board pull out and it has such wonderful deep storage and ohhhhh it is so pretty with the pretty shabby rose decorations (all incredible thrifty finds)! I painted the Roses sign a little wonky but cute.

Well, it is my dear husbands day off so I have to keep my crafting and blogging to a minimum! Hope you enjoyed my cupboard cleanup. I wonder how long it will stay clean??
Check back (I am reaaaalllllllyyyyyy hoping my dear husband will hang some chandeliers and move my shabby cabinet in)!
Hugs,
Olivia

  1. Nice Job on clean up of your hoosier cabinet. I need a cabinet to store all my junk or I mean goodies in. I spent the evening cleaning up the sun room floor that was strewn with all my future projects!!

  3. Looks terrific :) You're like me; you get something all cleaned and spiffed up, then before you know it, it's all messed up again, Arggghhh! LOL. That's how it usually goes in my sewing room. Most of the time it's a total disaster area. The post I did the other day about my sewing room, shows it all cleaned up, but you should have seen it a few hours before I took the pictures, LOL :)

Have a great week! Warmest always, Brenda

  5. Hi Olivia, Good for you! I'm always so impressed when I see people getting their cupboards and cabinets in order. That's why I issue 'Monday Morning Challenges' because an orderly home...is a great palette for decorating your home. And I must say you do a great job!! Have you been by today? I posted a picture of our master bedroom. It's not at all country, like the rest of our house. That's cause for years we decorated Victorian/English. When we moved to the country, we kind of had to change style..and everything ended up in the bedroom. We sure weren't going to throw it all away. :o)

Your pictures give me great ideas for my sewing room though.:o) I have a lot of white furniture there and pastels. I'm taking notes!

  7. Hi Olivia,
Thanks for stopping by my tea party. Your cleanup went well. I love some of your pieces of china I see in there. Sweet teacups and creamers! If you ever want to participate in my Tea Time Tuesday, just let me know. I would be pleased to have you! Have a wonderful day.

    Blessings,

  8. Hi Oliva, Thank you for visiting and leaving your kind comment on my "Mosaic Monday"; rooster table. I love how your cabinet looks and I wouldn't put it in the booth either, funnny how we can hang onto something and not let go. You're like me; I can get something all cleaned up, then before you know it, it's right back to the way it was before...sigh. The worst problem for me is my desk in my office. I make a crazy mess of it almost daily. I clean it up and then the next day it all comes creeping back...how does that happen? Anyway I just love the cabinet and all your sweet treasures...love the teacups up on the little stands. I hope you have a wonderful day...I'm off to clean up this desk yet again:)
    Hugz,
    Kim

The lace table cloth really caught my eye. This is my first visit to your blog. It is very nice and I enjoyed visiting with you. I also participate in Pink Saturday with Beverly at How Sweet The Sound. She likes for us to feature someone new that we have visited. I would like to introduce you to all the other pink ladies this Saturday if you do not mind. I am going to join your other friends and be a follower. Thanks for stopping by my place.
