Vintage Glove Repurposed

I love, love, love vintage gloves, hats and baubles!
Finding new ways to display them is even more fun.
This sweet vintage glove was missing its mate
sooooo, I decided to add her to a pillow...
I don't sew (yet) so I hot glued the glove to the pillow and
added some pretty lace trim, pearls and faux roses!
I think I might do some more for my booths, I find lonely pillows and gloves alot!
I have so many projects I want to work on, but last nights combo of Grey's Anatomy
and chocolate ice cream has left me sleepy today.
I did manage to go thrifting this morning and scored a giant armoire for
$10 that is taking up my whole mini van.
My glove pillow landed in this pretty aqua chair next to my shabby entry way buffet.

  9. Great job on the pretty glove, Olivia! And of course I had to enlarge the photo of your entry sideboard with the sweet vignettes on it so I could drool over it all! Love that perky little chair and the stool, too! Sigh......

BTW, check out my dear friend Bertie of Aunt May's Cottage website (find her on my sidebar of PRH Sisters). She makes some lovely Victorian gloves, toO!
